Detailed Product Description

1) 120 All-steel Formwork  System which consists of panels, coupler, compensation waler, push-pull prop, scaffold bracket and special lifting hook is our newly developed all steel formwork system.

2) This system includes Wall Formwork System, Adjustable Rectangular Column Formwork System and Elevator Shaft Formwork System.   

3) The realization of panel specification in width is from 250mm to 2650mm, and 660mm to 3310mm in height.

4) The panel adopts self developed edge profile which is with high intensity, light weight and reasonable load.

5) Steel panel welded with frame and waler ensures the panel flatness as well as the concrete surface.

6) The connection way of bolt and nut is abandoned in this system so that greatly improve the working efficiency.

7) The lifting hook and panel frame closely jointed together in order to guarantee the safety during lifting.

8) Neat appearance,convenient transportation and storage.
